Dominum doctorem Ioannem Benedicti obiisse huc etiam fam[a] attulit. Pro consilio itaque Fraternitati Vestrae gratiam habemus scripsimusque ven[erabili] capitulo, ut nepoti nostro possessio detur, quod ut fiat, Fraternitas Vestra cum ven[erabili] domino magistro Donner et aliis amicis nostris fratribus velit efficere.
